Fusion Worldwide is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in European headquarters in Amsterdam and play an important role in continuously improving and refining the core operational sales processes, programs, analytics and infrastructure. The position is essential in the sales operations organization, providing hands-on tactical support to sales and direct customers.

Primary responibilities will include sales ''back office'' support: filling in orders, keeping track of orders, managing priority shipments, ad-hoc assignments. This position includes an analytical penchant, and will require data management to ensure data is clean and accurate in order to drive sales and improve internal processes. 

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for supporting overall sales operations at our European headquarters in Amsterdam. This will include managing most of the administrative tasks associated with our account executive team (inputting sales orders, updating our CRM, performing market research). You will also be responsible for creating and developing sales reports, organize and implement ways of gathering, analyzing and reporting sales data. What you can do for us

  • Analytics & admin:
    • Developing and preparing various sales reports
    • Continually improve and automate the current sales processes
    • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
    • Re-organize and implement ways of gathering, analyzing and reporting sales data
  • Sales support:
    • Provide administrative support to our team of account executives
    • Enter requirements and sales orders into our CRM system while communicating with sales reps on needs ranging from entering part numbers/commodity codes and completing vendor qualification forms
    • Perform tasks as required in preparation for customer meetings/calls including updating/reworking presentations, printing materials, and gathering needed materials for customer
    • Conduct lead generation, qualification and market research as needed

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong written and verbal communication and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and desire to deepen your skills
  • Someone who is able to transform and improve reporting and admin sales processes
  • 1-3 years of experience in a support role and desire to facilitate sales operations
  • Experience with Word, PowerPoint required; HubSpot experience preferred
