Position Summary: At Fusion Worldwide, we are dedicated to helping our customers overcome their biggest electronic component supply chain challenges. Coming on the heels of massive growth due to the unique space we’re in, we are looking for an innovative individual to manage overall global marketing strategy for new product linesReporting to the global marketing director in Boston, this individual will spearhead business growth by determining the appropriate marketing strategies and tactics for an entirely new addition to our business. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and is comfortable with the exciting change and nuances that come with marketing new product lines.

What you can do for us

  • Plan, manage and spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for new product lines, including media relations, social media and paid advertising strategy 
  • Establish positioning and target audiences across different channels and segments 
  • Oversee HubSpot nurture campaigns, chat, user management, etc. for these new product lines 
  • Work cross-functionally by partnering with various internal teams and manage relationship with our creative agency to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets  
  • Oversee marketing intelligence, including customer insights, trends and competitor analysis to build successful strategies and provide these insights to internal stakeholders 

Who we’re looking for          

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field  
  • 5 years in marketing or advertising (agency experience preferred) 
  • Campaign management experience in the technology space 
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy  
  • Proven experience marketing new technology rollouts with strong project management skills 
  • HubSpot or other marketing automation platform experience (Salesforce, Marketo) a plus
