Position Summary: Fusion Worldwide is continuing to grow our sales teams globally, and as a Business Development Representative sitting in our Boston headquarters, you will be expected to research prospective partners, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities for our Channel Partner Program. You will use our sophisticated market data and internal database to prospect potential channel partners, collaborate with account executives to set up meetings, identify and address prospects’ needs through mutual collaboration with management. This is a new position that provides the opportunity for highly driven individuals to develop their sales experience and grow within Fusion.

What you can do for us

  • Research and prospect new potential channel partners through cold-outreach tactics
  • Identify the needs and challenges of prospective partners
  • Schedule discovery meetings between sales representatives and prospects
  • Collaborate with potential partners & marketing team to identify and develop additional areas for sales opportunities
  • Ensure the Fusion Worldwide contacts’ database has up-to-date customer information

Who we're looking for

  • A high-energy, smart, and persistent salesperson with 1-2 years of experience
  • A desire to work in tech, specifically hardware, within in a global company
  • A professional and ethical approach to selling and ability to collaborate on a team
  • Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365, etc.) as well as collaboration and sales technology (WebEx, HubSpot, other CRM, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree
