About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our team, playing a vital role in shaping the success of Aurem Wealth Solutions. As a co-founder, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the overall vision of the company, working closely with the CEO/Founder to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and execute key initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercial aspects of our cutting-edge B2B platform and contribute to the transformation of the fintech industry. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for building and scaling a business.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Focus:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Identify customer pain points and develop innovative solutions to address them.

  • Continuously improve customer acquisition and retention through leveraging customer feedback and data analytics.

Strategic Execution:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

  • Lead and oversee initiatives to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively optimize results.

Partnership Development:

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions, employers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand market reach and adoption of the platform.

  • Establish a strong network of distribution channels to maximize market reach and platform adoption.

  • Collaborate with partners to drive joint marketing and sales initiatives.

Commercial Expertise:

  • Drive the monetization strategy and revenue model for Aurem Wealth Solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and pricing strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Detail-Oriented Approach:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness across all aspects of the commercial strategy, including product features, documentation, and legal compliance.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to maintain platform compliance and relevance.


  • Proven track record in a leadership role within the fintech / Financial Service industry or related fields.

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a commercial mindset is a MUST.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and effectively execute strategies.

  • Experience in scaling early-stage startups and successfully navigating associated growth challenges.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data-driven decision-making.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
