About The Role

Fundraise Up seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide robust support to our senior leadership team. The role is multifaceted, calling for exceptional administrative skill, adept project management, and a commitment to service excellence, based at our Brooklyn headquarters. The ideal candidate will be a highly diligent, dedicated, committed, hard-working professional, who is collaborative and understands how the startups world operates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Board of Directors meetings, including all preparatory activities;

  • Coordinate company-wide updates and organize corporate events;

  • Project Manage key leadership and finance initiatives such as fundraising, annual budget process, executive offsite, etс;

  • Prepare agendas for meetings, review meeting notes, keep track of to-do lists/follow-ups, build timelines and status updates for projects;

  • Prioritize the executives' schedules and focus in line with strategic objectives;

  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings;

  • Book end-to-end travel arrangements for the team and to ensure completion of trips; maintain and supervise travel/accommodation preferences;

  • Assist with special projects, research, and compiling data as directed by executives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience as Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-performing startup environment;

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;

  • Advanced organizational abilities with the capacity to manage several complex projects in tandem;

  • Extraordinary time management skills and makes attention to detail a priority;

  • Quick learner with a knack for technology, who can figure out new systems and adapt on the go;

  • Ability to complete daily tasks with little to no direction;

  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
