This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the Eastern time zone region.

 

Part-events coordinator, part-executive assistant, part-project manager, you’ll work withFullStory executives on the Product/Engineering side of the house to keep the engine of our organization humming. You are organized, analytical, and able to anticipate the needs of others before they even arise. Never one to let a job title constrain what you do, you are an adaptable problem-solver, ready to support a growing company’s evolving needs.

Day to day you’ll: 

  • Organize team meetings (e.g., off-sites, All Hands, virtual and in-person gatherings-- remember those?), welcome new hires, bring cohesion and support to a large, distributed group 
  • Understand broader team needs and priorities and then pick up the ball on emerging projects (e.g., a feedback project that involves survey design, data collection, and synthesis)
  • Manage the day-to-day for leaders of a common department, owning their calendars, travel plans, and expenses
  • Work alongside a truly extraordinary team, taking unstructured ambiguous challenges and getting stuff done

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years of experience working in an operational or administrative role
  • Has experience working with G Suite products (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Has the ability to work eastern time zone working hours

It would be amazing if:
