As a Regional Vice President, Commercial Sales, you live and breathe sales. But you’ve been-there-done-that, and now you’ve set your mind set on leading the next generation of great sellers. You will lead, develop and manage our team of Account Executives, while continuing to add talented sellers to the FullStory team.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Hire, develop, and lead an exceptional team of Account Executives in both the Mid-Market and Enterprise space
  • Drive customer success by assisting with issues and developing new ideas to enhance client experience
  • Manage KPI’s to ensure team and each rep is well positioned for consistent and long term success
  • Understand and assess the capabilities, motivators, and career goals of each team member
  • Provide ongoing coaching for the team to help improve their performance and support their career path(s)

We're looking for someone with:

  • Has 5+ years of experience in direct sales, inside sales, and/or business development in a business-to-business environment
  • Has 2+ years of direct experience in sales leadership in the SaaS industry
