FullStory’s mission is to improve user experiences everywhere online. Our Senior Product Managers play a significant role in shaping the future of FullStory by driving the product strategy and roadmap.

We’re looking for an insatiably curious, data informed, and customer obsessed product manager who can dive deep into the technology with our wickedly smart engineers, discuss the latest UX trends with the design team, and regularly interact with our CX, marketing, and sales teams to help drive our business forward.  Specifically for this role, we’re looking for a PM to drive PLG initiatives for the company, spearheading the work to drive user acquisition, expansion, and retention through the product.

If you are a tireless, evidence-based champion of the customer who can artfully influence across teams to successfully bring enhancements and new features to market, this role is for you.  Additionally, our Senior PM understands the importance of a strong customer flywheel and how to reduce barriers to value that fuel the flywheel. 

Day to day you'll:

  • Partner closely with Marketing, CX, and Sales on defining and evolving key on-boarding and engagement workflows driven by customer use cases and need
  • Work with engineering and design to define and execute the roadmap, efficiently and with high quality
  • Build and run an A/B testing and experimentation program
  • Develop product artifacts including product requirements, process diagrams, and presentations
  • Establish goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver value to the business and delight to our customers
  • Ensure flawless integration with and scalability of shared systems, products and tools

  • You have entrepreneurial roots combined with a track record for delivering results in ever-changing environments
  • You are insatiably curious, always asking why, and listening closely to the answers
  • You have built an A/B testing program before, know common pitfalls and questions to ask
  • You have superior analytical and problem solving skills and understand how to use data to drive decision making
  • You are solution-oriented, highly-motivated, and an enthusiastic self-starter
  • You have 8-10 years of product management experience with at least 5 years of B2B SaaS experience
  • You have proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects
  • Empathizing with the customer is second nature
  • You have experience with, and love getting your hands dirty inside, web and product analytics tools
  • You have a strong UI/UX background
  • You are willing to travel up to 10% on an annual basis (depending on public health situations)
