We are looking for a recruiter to join our recruiting team, having an eye for finding the talent we need to help FullStory continue to scale in our next phase of growth. You’ll create robust hiring pipelines, searching high and low to find diamonds in the rough, while helping your candidates navigate the different opportunities available in a hyper-growth startup environment. You understand the importance of candidate experience, making sure each candidate you shepherd through the interview process feels connected to our mission and our FullStory teams. Working hand in hand with your hiring teams, you’ll be a trusted partner for driving hiring experiments, operating as an extension of the teams you support. Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to surface the best talent to each role you support.
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand needs, skills required and attributes of a successful hire.
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and proactively improve our recruiting processes. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within Sales, Marketing, Product, or G&A.
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent in multiple markets. 
  • Proven track record for exceeding hiring goals in an evolving and fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and advise hiring teams using a data-driven approach to hiring.
