About the Role:

FuboTV is looking for a senior agile project manager/scrum master to help ensure the focus and success of our client platform teams (Roku, SmartTVs, etc.). The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Agilist, great teammate, lifelong learner, and phenomenal communicator with a passion for servant-leadership. In service of success, he/she/they will insist on understanding enough about technical, business and customer nuances so that they can help troubleshoot, unblock, and find creative pathways to success.

In this role you will:

  • Manage team Health Metrics including quarterly OKRs
  • Seek out opportunities to automate processes and improve workflow efficiencies 
  • Communicate updates to outside stakeholders in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Unblock the team and handle escalation issues
  • Facilitate grooming sessions, sprint plannings, standups and retrospectives as well as break down tasks with product managers and engineers
  • Run and facilitate weekly dependency management planning sessions and weekly prioritization sessions
  • Document project plans in accordance with FuboTV Scaled Agile Framework quarterly planning practices.
  • Work hand in hand with FuboTV Product and Engineering Squad Leads and be able to create timelines and coordinate execution of those timelines/dependencies.
  • Be responsible for ticket curation and maintaining appropriate metadata and organization of all tickets in Jira.
  • Ensure projects are in line with the overall digital strategy and support broad FuboTV business goals.
  • Demonstrate ability to gather and synthesize requirements across diverse functional areas and convert them into team project plans.
  • This role is there from start to finish. Ultimately, the hub that’s holding everything together.


What skills, experience, and education you need to succeed:

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master on Digital Media teams
  • Prior experience working on video streaming products preferred
  • Prior experience working on connected tv platforms preferred
  • 5+ years managing Scrum teams
  • Superior Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Suite, Slack, Github, Atlassian Products
  • Superior Jira and Confluence Skills - must have basic understanding of Jira Server, JQL and managing Confluence/Wiki Documentation
  • Must be able to work proactively and with limited supervision at times.
  • Can function well with high ambiguity projects and maintain professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid Agile environment
  • Knowledge of Agile Methods including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ceremonies
  • Detailed Problem Solver
  • Superior Excel, Powerpoint and Google Slides skills
  • Comfortable drafting presentations and communicating project plans and status
  • Understand business goals and be able to articulate and translate them into actionable items
  • Ability to foresee possible impediments or areas of risk and create operationalized path to resolution
  • Can recognize areas of opportunity for efficiencies and process standardization
  • This is a position that requires someone who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills. More importantly, you can sell the vision both internally and externally to rally stakeholders, partners, and your coworkers around a shared set of goals. 
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize requirements across diverse functional areas and convert them into a project roadmap
  • Agile Certifications preferred
