About the role:
fuboTV is seeking a Salesforce Operations Manager to help architect, enhance and maintain our CRM tool used across the Advertising Sales organization. As a key member of the Ad sales team, this position will play a pivotal role in fuboTV’s advertising success. We are looking for an analytical and tech savvy individual who will optimize work processes, create valuable features and centralize reporting dashboards for our Ad Sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce/sales operations experience within an OTT/digital media ad sales organization .
- Design and implement features and best practices to ensure maximum value of the fuboTV Salesforce platform, working with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Technical ownership of the entire Salesforce instance, including Automations (Flows, WorkFlow Rules, Process Builders).
- Develop user training curriculum, and maintain updated business process documentation
- Onboarding and hands-on training of new users.
- Own all requests for reporting, dashboards and data analysis. Develop dashboards for the ad sales team as well as executive leadership
- Monitor data quality and maintain data integrity and accuracy, including record cleansing and duplicate record management.
- Integrate new ad sales data or data sources and ensure consistency
- Partner with sales and ad sales marketing to implement lead-generation campaigns using Salesforce tools (Email tools, Pardot, Magento etc)
- Partner with ad sales finance on monthly financial reconciliation process, forecasting, territory planning, and KPI setting/tracking,
- Stay apprised of Salesforce releases, updates and implement relevant new features.
- Liaison with Finance, Yield Management, Ad Ops, and other teams on workflow, analytics and reporting.
Skills / experience:
- 5+ years in sales operations; fluency in the implementation and management of Salesforce within a digital media ad sales organization
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to prioritize deliverables.
- Analytical mindset who can help influence decisions based on data to maximize both revenue and advertiser category opportunities.
- Strong project management skills (agile)
- Enjoys operating in a fast-paced, dynamic ad sales environment
- Collaborative and able to work well cross-functionally. Can inspire the team and create alignment.
- Familiarity with data management and databases
- Familiarity with the programmatic ad sales ecosystem a plus
- Passionate about ad sales data, reporting, and contributing to the team’s success
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and analytics tools. Salesforce Admin certification a plus.
