About The Role:

fuboTV is looking for an experienced marketing leader to own the development, planning, and execution for all of our offline marketing channels, inclusive of TV, Radio, Out of Home and Direct Mail amongst others. This key contributor will be responsible for developing our cross-channel offline strategy to drive efficient, scalable subscriber growth growth for fuboTV.

The ideal team member will have a deep understanding of offline media conversion funnels and tactics, with a rigorous data-driven analytical mindset for measurement, optimization and reporting. He or she will think creatively and analytically, provide mentorship to a young and growing team, and work collaboratively across the organization with the product, content and senior leadership team as well as junior team members. 

The Opportunity at fuboTV:

  • Own Fubo’s offline media, with direct responsibility for all offline and mass awareness / upper-funnel advertising, including TV, Out of Home, Radio, Streaming Audio, Influencers and Direct Mail, with more to come
  • Own the ideation, planning, testing and buying process. Collaborate with external agency partners and internal channel managers, as well as key business partners (product, finance, etc) to set goals and ensure we are allocating budget to the most efficient and scalable channels in a thoughtful and rigorous manner
  • Partner closely with Creative teams to develop brand messaging and creative that is clear, effective and stands out from the sea of advertising
  • Lead constant, iterative improvement of offline planning to hit business goals through measurement and stewardship of the measurement roadmap with analytics with our analytics and data science teams (attribution, mix modeling, incrementality)

Qualifications:

  • Have prior experience managing offline channels to exceed both brand & performance-oriented marketing goals
  • Proven experience building out and implementing channel and tactical-level testing frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to articulate information in a communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders
  • In-house management and external agency experience a plus
