Who we’re looking for:

A seasoned ACD/Design with serious design and video chops, finely honed leadership abilities, and proven success in digital marketing, to join our in-house creative team. 

This newly created role is perfect for a dynamic self-starter who can think big when they have to, grind when they need to, and prefers to work fast on a tight-knit team. 

What you’ll do:

As a senior-level designer, you’ll be a creative force, pushing our advertising and more to be as impactful and successful as possible. You’ll draw from your experience to bring fresh ideas, test into best-performing layouts and support the next evolution of the fuboTV brand.

As a video editor, you’ll concept and create clear and compelling TV spots and other video assets that drive awareness and fuboTV subscriptions. 

As a leader, you’ll be a reliable creative partner, strategic thinker and problem-solver, and cross-functional teammate. You’ll review your teammates’ work, offer constructive feedback, lead meetings and contribute to the team’s overall efficiency.

This role is located in New York City (with an office in Midtown, when the world opens back up) and reports to the creative director. 

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in digital advertising and marketing design
  • A solid online portfolio
  • Experience in retail advertising, with a clear understanding of communication hierarchy 
  • Experience marketing a B2C consumer electronics product 
  • Experience as a creative team lead (reviewing work, giving feedback) 
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Mastery of Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere and After Effects
  • Strong talent for all elements of design, layout and typography, with sharp attention to detail
  • An understanding of the relationship between art and copy, and the ability to make them work together
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, making timely decisions in order to meet project deadlines and business needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, limitless curiosity
  • A strong belief that it takes a village to keep Dropbox organized 
  • Passion for sports, TV and movies (not required, but definitely helpful)
