About the Role: 

Fubo Gaming is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our New Jersey team. In this role you will be expected to manage the customer care team and handle customer service interactions, reports and initiatives that translate to making better departmental decisions, providing excellent customer support experiences, and effectively converting and retaining clients into to our platform. We are looking for a manager with a strong team spirit and excellent leadership skills that possesses the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members and other departments. This position is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a passion for customer care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the set up and maintenance of a service desk and evaluating its efficiency
  • Optimizing service desk and service methods to increase productivity and work-flows
  • Hiring, training and managing customer service staff in best consumer service practices
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
  • Representing the opinions and suggestions of the customers to the company so the company has feedback from its customers
  • Helping manage team rostering and resource allocation
  • Delegating and directing service tasks
  • Monitoring the progress of projects 
  • Managing service team members to ensure the team’s objectives and service goals are met
  • Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
  • Ensuring that Customer Care team are meeting company expectations
  • Working closely with other departments to relay important feedback and drive innovation
  • Managing leads and building sustainable relationships with clients
  • Ensuring that all service and proactive standards are upheld
  • Adept at high-pressure service situations
  • Provide world-class, personalized customer service and build rapport/relationship across every customer touchpoints
  • Strong knowledge of a multitude of sports
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends 

Skill Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, previous sales and management experience may be advantageous.
  • MUST BE IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY
  • Experience in managing service desk platforms, with proven track record. 
  • Love to change the status quo and work well in high-pressure situations. 
  • Be strategic and proactive. You must think and plan ahead to give your team the tools they need to be successful.
