About the Role:

Fubo Gaming is currently seeking an experienced SVP of Engineering with proven leadership in launching a mobile sportsbook. To be a successful SVP of Engineering at Fubo Gaming, you must have strong prior organizational leadership experience. You will be leading the performance, growth, and efficiency of product and engineering teams, as well as guiding their strategy and direction. Fubo Gaming’s SVP of Engineering will be helping ensure the company’s sportsbook launch is seamless and the product is compelling. Experience in the gaming industry or comparable industry is a must for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Define and support the implementation of key performance metrics for engineering teams
  • Lead the growth of engineering and product teams
  • Set the technical vision for Fubo Gaming to stay ahead of the industry
  • Prioritize requirements from competing business interests and build consensus across teams
  • Build and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including product owners, ad operations, external vendors and executives
  • Keep a pulse on the sports media, social gaming, and sports betting industries, including best practices and trends, to create best-in-class products
  • Collaborate with leadership across the greater Fubo organization to deliver development plans consistent with company strategy

Skill Required:

  • 10+ years of management experience, ideally in the gaming/gambling industry
  • Proven experience in guiding projects to completion, from requirements gathering through rollout and training
  • Self-starter who is energetic & enthusiastic, confident, adaptable & customer-oriented
  • Experience in recruiting engineers and other individual contributors
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, environment with rapidly shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams to work together as a cohesive and highly productive unit
  • Experience working in and scaling businesses and teams
