As the Senior B2B2C Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aimed at driving growth for FSA Store and HSA Store, particularly through B2B2C channels. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives across all brands to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retention, using both B2B and B2B2C strategies.

- Optimize campaigns, conversion rates and retention efforts by leveraging data and analytics to improve customer acquisition, product adoption, and lifetime value.
Brand & Content Development:
- Develop and execute brand content strategies that drive consumer engagement and acquisition related to FSA/HSA benefits and flexible spending.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials such as landing pages, email packages, educational content, digital banners, one pagers, and such—ensuring consistency in messaging and voice across all channels.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with the Sales team and external partners by being the go to partner between marketing and sales.
- Develop and execute joint campaigns with partners to drive consumer engagement and expand product offerings, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and performance metrics.
- Provide sales teams with the marketing support and collateral they need to engage B2B partners and drive business development.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate insights that optimize strategy across B2B and B2C channels.
- Track KPIs related to campaign effectiveness, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and conversion rates, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Continuously improve the customer experience and marketing ROI through A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization tactics.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B2C marketing within e-commerce, health, wellness, or consumer goods industries.
