We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the Spring 2025 semester. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources, recruitment, and helping to shape the future of our workforce. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations.
Specific responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers
Draft, post, and maintain job postings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging
Communicate with potential candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and maintain a positive candidate experience
Support initial resume reviews and present recommendations to hiring managers
Route offer letters to the appropriate parties
Complete a talent acquisition project that focuses on diversity & inclusion initiatives or process improvement efforts
What you’ll need:
Must be enrolled in a university or college co-op program, with a focus on Human Resources or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for candidate interactions and internal team collaboration
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Proficient in Google Suite, familiarity with an applicant tracking system or HRIS is a plus
A strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
Additional Details:
Duration: January - June (averaging 30-40 hours per week)
Location: Fully Remote within the United States, must be able to work EST hours
