About the Role: 

We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team. The Marketing team is responsible for growing revenue through e-commerce product sales, while enabling consumers to optimize their tax-advantaged health and wellness spending through value-added services, tools, and education. This role will have the opportunity to work across various digital marketing channels for both direct-to-consumer e-commerce and co-marketing through our B2B partners in the Benefits and Healthcare ecosystem. This role reports into the Brand Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Author marketing briefs for campaigns that communicate clear objectives, insights, messaging direction and deliverables for creative, operations and channel partners to ensure all channels are aligned
  • Flawlessly execute integrated multi-channel marketing strategies to deliver results
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager, Creative Services Team, Growth Team, Sales Enablement, and Product Management on campaign project planning, deadlines, and execution of digital assets and email.
  • Maintain an up-to-date integrated marketing calendar – coordinating messages and channels to ensure cohesion and optimization across numerous stakeholders (partners, e-commerce, launches, government deadlines etc.)
  • Work across DTC and B2B2C touchpoints to ensure consistent, strong messaging to the right audience
  • Leverage customer data (by analyzing business results, marketplace trends and consumer insights via research) and business objectives to inform marketing campaign ideas and plans
  • Collaborate with legal on compliant, customer-first language and Terms and Conditions for promotions and special offers

What You’ll Need: 

  • 3 years of experience in an entry-level digital or e-commerce marketing role (eg marketing coordinator, marketing associate, marketing manager)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Stand-out project management and accountability to deadlines and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and perception as a valued and motivating collaborator
  • Customer focus and developing intuition about their needs, attitudes, and behaviors
  • Ability and interest to learn a complex industry and regulatory environment

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
