About the Role
We're now hiring a Assistant Guide. The Assistant Guide role supports multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms (working with children ranging in age from 0-6). The Assistant Guide role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on lead guide roles over time thanks to the in-house training program we offer to exceptional employees.
This position is a part-time role that will allow you to gain experience while having the flexibility you need!

About You
Minimum Qualifications
Experience working with children ages 0-6
A strong love for the age group!
Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
