Friendsurance is looking for a dedicated (Senior) Tech Recruiter (m/f/d). 

As a (Senior) Tech Recruiter at Friendsurance you will be part of a small but strong team of four people. As an expert in Tech Recruiting you will have a lot of freedom to act and shape your area and enjoy the trust of your stakeholders. As we want to expand our tech department in 2022, your mission is to constantly find new tech pioneers for our team. Your work will have a high direct impact on the success of Friendsurance. 

Your tasks in detail: 

  • Together with the Hiring Managers, you identify and prioritize our vacancies in the tech area and define a strategy on how we can fill them effectively.
  • You will be responsible for the complete recruiting process for these positions. This includes creating and posting the ads, designing the application process, active sourcing and direct approach of potential candidates, coordination with outstaff agencies, screening candidates and conducting screening calls, applicant management, advising the Hiring Managers up to the final offer and contract conclusion
  • In addition, you will support our newcomers with the visa and relocation process as needed 
  • You will also analyze our recruiting channels and processes in order to continuously optimize them
  • Through your excellent stakeholder management and your appreciative communication, you will ensure a positive candidate experience and satisfied hiring managers.
  • You continue to manage our various employer branding channels (e.g. career site, Glassdoor) and independently develop new ideas and content to keep them up-to-date and interesting for our target groups.
  • If there is a bit of breathing room in tech recruiting, you will be happy to support the P&O team with various other projects from the people area or with vacancies outside the tech area

Getting to know each other:

Due to the current corona situation, our entire interview process takes place virtually. If you feel comfortable with this, we are also happy to invite you to our Berlin office. Our process includes four interviews with the Head of People & Organization, stakeholders from the Tech Department, the People & Organization team, and one of our co-founders. 

Your profile

  • You have at least three years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, including at least two years for tech positions in an agile start up / scale up environment.
  • You know the job market for your target positions and know where and how to find and approach the right candidates regionally, nationally and internationally
  • You have very good communication skills and stakeholder management with both candidates and hiring managers
  • You are always up to date with the latest trends and developments in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
  • You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
