Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the firm's digital marketing efforts by executing email campaigns, contributing to website strategy, and assisting with CRM responsibilities. With 1-3 years of experience, they will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the firm's marketing technology platforms to drive strategic objectives. This person will work closely with the Business Development (BD) team and liaise with internal IT resources and external vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute email campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Assist in CRM responsibilities such as ensuring data quality, data entry, maintaining client records, and generating reports.
  • Update and maintain the firm's website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Support in optimizing current technologies to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Responsible for delivering performance reports on Firm mailings (open/bounce-back/bad email stats and other mailing analytics), and to work collaboratively with the PR and BD teams to assist with more robust reporting.
  • Support digital marketing training initiatives for firm personnel.
  • Provide technical assistance during digital marketing and CRM activities.
  • Receive feedback and guidance from senior team members to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A 4-year College Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment. Some exposure to CRM responsibilities is beneficial.
  • Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, effective communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and handle multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency in email campaign execution, basic understanding of CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Vuture), CRM systems (e.g. InterAction, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office suite.
The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
