Role Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Strategy & Performance, the Performance Analytics Manager will lead domestic marketing analytics & growth marketing strategy for our retailers while partnering with brand managers, product development, sales planning and operations to drive our hypergrowth path.

In this role, the Performance Analytics Manager will own performance reporting, conduct advanced analysis for departmental projects and initiatives, interpret performance complexities to recommend product growth opportunities, and contribute subject expertise to cross-functional organizational effort by being the expert in brand, market, and competitive trends.

Core Responsibilities: You will be part of a team that is responsible for analyzing marketing intelligence and company performance, and in turn provide strategic recommendations for growth initiatives. You will: 

  • Own product performance reporting and analysis for our retailers, including diving into weekly sales to provide insights on market and Frida product trends, analyzing 
    media flight success, and providing updates on ad hoc project performance
  • Work with Brand Managers & Creative team to ideate, execute, and analyze performance-driving initiatives
  • Lead weekly performance meetings and monthly deep dives with our President to discuss company success and opportunities
  • Conduct deep dive analyses into select areas of growth, including product prioritization and retailer performance
  • Collaborate with Product Development & Strategy team, fostering discussions around market, category and competitive intelligence to help cultivate new product ideas
  • Align with Sales Planning weekly to bridge wholesale and POS performance
  • Actively participate in the development of the vision for Frida’s data & analytics architecture to improve company-wide analysis efficiencies and broaden your own 
    knowledge of data analytics

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in analytics or strategy
  • Demonstrated analytic chops, with the ability to design and interpret performance models to define trends
  • Strong in all Microsoft Office solutions, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • BONUS: experience building data visualizations and analyzing data in Power BI and/orTableau
  • BONUS: experience with CVS, Walgreens, or Grocery Retailers
  • An energetic, positive, team player attitude ready for the demands of a high energy, fast-paced company environment with a no-task-too-small work ethic 
  • The ability to interpret data complexities and successfully communicate results with other teams
  • Self-starter who can prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and quality
