Over team is constantly growing, our clients entrust us with more and more complex tasks and new positions are added. That is why it is high time to join our team!
On average, we have 20 positions open per month with 5 vacancies per recruiter.
- 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter;
- Experience in a recruiting agency is an advantage!
- Experience in closing Middle / Senior positions;
- Availability of successfully implemented projects;
- Fluency in candidate search tools in Linkedin, GitHub, Habr, etc.
- Excellent time management and self-organization skills;
- Multitasking and the ability to maintain several positions at the same time;
- Skill of conducting interviews with candidates;
- Understanding of the IT market and basic knowledge of technologies / tools / approaches;
- Understanding the full recruitment cycle;
- Experience in working with Recruitment ATS. We have Greenhouse;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication;
- English Intermediate or higher.
What will you need to do?
- Active search for candidates;
- Communication with candidates at all stages;
- Organization and conduct of interviews;
- Evaluation of candidates after interviews and assistance to hiring managers in assessing potential difficulties with the candidate;
- Preparation and support of Job Offers;
- Analytics and reporting on fixed vacancies;
- Participation in HR events;
- Like a rule, our recruiters close 3-5 positions, depending on their level.
