Customer Service Representatives are responsible for processing orders, communicating with the customer, production facilities, sales team, logistics, QA and all other departments within the company ensuring that all of our customer needs are taken care of. 

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Professional and accurate communication with the customer
  • Process orders and report shortages
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Investigate shortages with the plant and work with the sales team on communication
  • Act as the liaison between all departments to ensure utmost customer satisfaction 
  • Monitor launches for assigned accounts to ensure proper execution
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods
  • Interface with varying software/platforms: SAP, ERP, CRMS, Order Wizard, EDI Admin App, Google G Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.), JIRA
  • All other duties as assigned by the CS Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a customer service or account management position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication and telephone skills with a very clear and concise speaking voice
  • Proficient written communications skills with the ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems at once
  • Moderate computing and keyboarding skills including proficiency with database management
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and/or alien authorized to work in the US on an unlimited basis
