About The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong can-do attitude to join our team. To succeed in the role, the candidate must have a passion and experiences in wellness, recruiting, employee retention programs and overall knowledge of human resources, tasks and deadline driven, taking ownership responsibilities, detailed, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong start-up entrepreneur spirit.  


  • Primary responsibilities on recruiting, employee retention and company culture development.   
  • Serve as the primary HR liaison with external HR/payroll vendors and internal departments.
  • Address staffs’ questions related to HR timely and professionally 
  • Conduct phone interview screening to determine a culture and personality fit of job candidates.  Hiring job categories will comprise of holistic healers and front desk staffs include acupuncturists, massage therapists, estheticians, front desk concierge, sound and energy healers, departmental leads, housekeeping staffs. 
  • Manage the entire process of scheduling interviews with store staffs, hiring, contract negotiation and onboarding with various internal teams 
  • Manage job posting in all online platforms
  • Conduct online search on recruiting efforts, represent Redmint in a professional manner. 
  • Execute human resource activities, projects, directions, and visions set by management
  • Ad hoc and special projects as assigned  
  • Responsibilities can be changed from time to time as the business develops and changes

Personal attributes & Job specific requirements

  • 5 years of experiences in recruiting, human resource, company culture development 
  • Proven ability to execute and complete tasks given
  • Ability to conduct research online. 
  • Adaptable with creative ways to hire and retain the best practitioners and staffs. 
  • Experiences in HR CA law preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Fast learner, able to take direction with minimum supervision
  • Can-do attitude with entrepreneur spirits; have a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads and demands, 
  • Ability to work independently, applying solid judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and team player who collaborates well with others
  • Diplomatic with outstanding professionalism, able to represent the Redmint. 
  • Resourceful, accountable, and dependable
  • Ideal candidate has experiences to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up work environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; tech savvy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts
