We’re now looking for our first Head of People to build and lead the People function, something we have done within teams up until now. That means People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and more will all fall under your remit. You’ll report directly to the CEO and be a key part of the senior management team.

What you’ll do in the first 12 months:
  • Work with the leadership team to develop our people strategy, supporting a high-performance culture that gets the best out of everyone.
  • Responsible for the whole employee lifecycle, from an awesome onboarding experience to compliance with training requirements to feedback cadence to celebrating milestones.
  • Partner with our talent acquisition professionals and hiring managers to ensure we’re hiring the right people for the culture and kind of company we want to build.
  • Be a trusted advisor and counsel on people-related issues and policies to team members across the whole company.
  • Own and level-up our people frameworks: performance management, career progression, learning and development, compensation. 
  • Be prepared to put on many hats, especially in the first six to twelve months, as we scale our company rapidly.

Logistics:

The application process consists of a short phone interview, followed by a task and a couple of on-site interviews at our office in London.
