We are currently looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support ongoing activities as well as lead various projects and continuous improvement as a part of our existing Total Rewards team. You will work closely with the Leadership team and key stakeholders to identify and address the main challenges and act as an expert advisor for the region. Main responsibilities include supporting regular processes such as salary review and bonus processes, frequent market benchmarking and analysis as well as the implementation and communication of new reward plans. 


YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Be a subject matter expert in rewards and lead a variety of projects from design to implementation in order to further develop and improve our compensation and benefits practises 
  • Conduct data analyses on the effectiveness and fairness of existing compensation and benefits programs and processes, and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of successful programs aligned with the overall reward strategy
  • Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate market trends and perform regular market benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our offers
  • Partner with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide guidance and develop solutions to compensation and benefits related issues in the region
  • Improve internal reward communications and train our internal stakeholders and the Leadership team on our reward system and benefits offering 
  • Review and improve our job architecture and conduct job evaluations as needed
  • Support further system improvement projects on Workday Advanced Compensation and Workday Adaptive Planning modules
  • Maintain our knowledge base up to date and create documentation of our processes
  • Manage benefits vendors and suggest improvements in the overall employee benefits management 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Solid experience in compensation topics with EMEA focus, the experience in high-growth tech companies is a plus
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Proven program and project management experience
  • Experience in LTI programs is a plus
  • Experience in major survey methods and job evaluation methodologies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, able to interpret and visualize data
  • Structured and detail oriented way of working with emphasis on accuracy along with having a holistic approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and able to adapt the message to different audiences 
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Workday knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must
