Als Mitarbeiter/-in im Driver Service wirst du als Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams und und zum lokalen Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere erfolgreiche Free NOW Flotte in München und trägst so maßgeblich zur Zufriedenheit und Qualität der Free NOW Flotte bei. Deine Arbeit leistet einen direkten Beitrag zum Erfolg und Wachstum von FREE NOW.


Das ist dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Kundenbetreuung für unsere angeschlossenen Fahrer und Unternehmer
  • Office Management
  • Vertrieb von FREE NOW Außenwerbung
  • Vertrieb der FREE NOW App an neue Fahrer und Unternehmer
  • Qualitätssicherung und Monitoring auf Fahrerseite
  • Support bei der Implementierung von neuen Prozessen
  • Account Management und Networking in der lokalen Mobilitäts-Branche
  • Enger Austausch und Support von zentralen Abteilungen und dem lokalen Key Accounting
  • Wettbewerbsbeobachtung in der lokalen Mobilitäts-Branche und Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen “Competitive Intelligence”-Abteilung
