We are looking for a salesperson, who is an extremely fast learner with an extraordinary work ethic and enjoys the challenge of working in a hyper growth Sales Department based in Barcelona. 

As a Sales Manager you will support the acquisition of the enterprise business accounts in Spain, as part of the FREE NOW For Business team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hunter to make a significant impact on an exciting business that’s growing rapidly.

You will work within the sales team and report to the Head of Sales. You will be responsible for the management and the success of all functions of the sales activities in your territory, in-line with set company targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of corporate accounts for the Spanish market from prospecting through to negotiation and closing. 
  • Construct a strong local network, to facilitate market entry and create strategic partnerships
  • Lead online discovery and solution meetings, demos and training with key stakeholders (post Covid-19 this will include face-to face)
  • Ensure clients obtain maximum value from their investment in Free Now For Business, identify new opportunities, and grow acquired accounts further
  • Meticulous maintenance of CRM database, pipeline reporting and updating prospect/account information
  • Active use of building your LinkedIn network with relevant connections for Social Selling
  • Effective participation in activities planned by the Marketing team as well as corporate events nationwide
  • Representing FREE NOW for Business externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimise all business development opportunities

Requirements

  • A minimum of at least 3 year of practical work experience in the area of B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • Enterprise sales expertise selling to a variety of buying personas in multiple industries & channels as well as managing strategic relationships at the executive level
  • Proven enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting and closing experience
  • Exceptional communication and advanced presentation skills
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills and problem-solving ability
  • High level of commitment and flexibility 
  • Understanding of technology-driven, high growth markets
  • Remarkably self-motivated with strong desire for new challenges in a fast paced, hyper growth environment
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to understand multiple new system quickly 
  • Experience with booking tools and CRM 
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Catalan is a strong plus - please submit your application in English

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
  • Having an existing network of business contacts in Spain
  • Experience in the travel industry, in particular business travel 
  • An undergraduate degree
