This is an exciting, customer facing role assisting the Community Manager in developing, managing & building relationships with our most important customers - our drivers. We strive to deliver a superior level of service to drivers using the FREE NOW app, so they in turn can provide a superior level of service to our passengers. This role offers a great opportunity to start on the ground floor of a growing & extremely fast-paced company.
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Driver Centre operations
- Onboarding new drivers
- Assisting drivers with queries & issues
- Driver engagement and fleet integrity i.e. Driver performance, behaviour & relationship building
- Driver app improvements & bug reporting- Help us improve the product
- Driver Events - Ambassador days, manual evenings, town halls, etc.
- Regional Expansion - regional trips to engage with drivers outside Dublin
Measures of success- KPIs
- Number of tours completed per driver
- Service delivery levels
- Overall driver base performance
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or other relevant disciplines
- 1-2 years experience in an operational or customer facing function
- You have excellent customer service & organisational skills
- You are metrics driven & hold yourself and other team members accountable to clear goals
- You are a self-starter with a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- You are a relationship-builder, enjoy meeting new people and are great at quickly understanding how to best work together
- You have an understanding of trading business and the operating environment
