This is an exciting, customer facing role assisting the Community Manager in developing, managing & building relationships with our most important customers - our drivers. We strive to deliver a superior level of service to drivers using the FREE NOW app, so they in turn can provide a superior level of service to our passengers. This role offers a great opportunity to start on the ground floor of a growing & extremely fast-paced company.

 

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Driver Centre operations 
  • Onboarding new drivers 
  • Assisting drivers with queries & issues 
  • Driver engagement and fleet integrity i.e. Driver performance, behaviour & relationship building
  • Driver app improvements & bug reporting- Help us improve the product
  • Driver Events - Ambassador days, manual evenings, town halls, etc.
  • Regional Expansion - regional trips to engage with drivers outside Dublin

 

Measures of success- KPIs

  • Number of tours completed per driver
  • Service delivery levels 
  • Overall driver base performance

 

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or other relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 years experience in an operational or customer facing function
  • You have excellent customer service & organisational skills
  • You are metrics driven & hold yourself and other team members accountable to clear goals
  • You are a self-starter with a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • You are a relationship-builder, enjoy meeting new people and are great at quickly understanding how to best work together
  • You have an understanding of trading business and the operating environment
