FREE NOW is becoming a global player in the ride-hailing industry, do you wanna be part of this transformation? We are looking for an Office Manager for our Berlin tech hub office!
Your role
As an Office Manager, you’ll be our “feel good” ambassador, suggesting and owning initiatives for a healthy, nice, productive and fun office environment!
You’ll join and work closely with our recently created and growing tech teams, take an active role and represent Free Now on a shared space management group that works together to organize our office in Berlin Mitte. You’ll also assist engineering teams across multiple offices in Berlin:
- Implementing office administration and procedures
- Purchasing office materials and tracking expenses
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers
- Handling invoices, liaising for payments and tracking with the Accounting department in Hamburg
- Supporting with team engagement activities and assist with the production of events (social, company meetings, meetups, offsites etc.)
- Assisting with business trips flights and accommodation bookings
- Being the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, equipment, bills and errands
- Assisting with newcomers onboarding (equipment setup, welcome communication and packs, introduction to office rules, etc..)
Your skills
- Proven experience with office management, administration and teams assistance
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Creativity and initiative
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
