We are growing our design team – and seeking for someone who will support our product research team in our Hamburg HQ to run international research in the mobility sector.
Your tasks:
Learn and grow your practical research skills in an exciting environment, working alongside research experts and with our great designers and product teams to uncover our various users’ needs and ways to make mobility better. You will help define interesting research questions, coordinate with recruiters and facilities to find the right participants for our studies, interact with participants and moderate user tests and analyze results using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Create a story explaining the goals, methods, and results of each study and make sure our product teams can make informed decisions.
Free Now is at a most exciting point in its history. We are part of one of the most dynamic spaces for innovation in the world today: future mobility. You will work on challenging, rewarding problems. You will stretch, learn, grow, and have fun doing it.
Your profile:
You possess excellent communication skills and have some experience working with research – even if only in an academic setting. One of your greatest drivers is the eagerness to learn, and to improve how you approach research questions.
You feel energized knowing that each day you will work with a rich mix of cultures and across disciplines and teams. And you enjoy working in a team that values your contribution and you as a person.
