This role will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be based in our London office. This role will drive advertising sales revenue across our allocated Freeda book of business.

  • Develop Freeda’s advertising revenue across clients and agencies through pitching, negotiating and delivering deals
  • Advise and Develop creative commercial packages for clients with an emphasis on branded content, sponsorship, and social and digital advertising opportunities.
  • Lead commercial revenue generation, contributing to major deals and ensuring optimal results from media agencies, advertisers, retailers, and other commercial partners.
  • Create and identify new digital products, opportunities and partnerships as a result of new entrants, changing technology and/or delivery systems focusing on fashion and beauty
  • Deliver advertising revenue targets and provide revenue opportunities across all screens
  • Develop advertising and branded content sales strategies, working closely with the Commercial Director
  • Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings as required
  • Collaborating with International sales teams across Freeda in both Italy and Spain to support the sales effort
  • Represent the company at relevant industry and conferences and events
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director, UK and management team on forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly revenue and manage an accurate pipeline balancing long-term opportunities with short-term wins
  • Develop close working relationships internally and ensure ease of access to all areas of the business.

 
As the Brand Solutions Manager you will have:

  • Experience as a sales professional with the ability to demonstrate revenue growth from both agencies and clients directly in a Social/media related business
  • The ability to be a self starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong commercial intelligence and ability to understand the trends of the UK media market
  • Strong and creative negotiator
  • An outstanding ability to grow business revenue and develop business ideas with experience in the fashion and beauty sector
  • Demonstrated ability to be effective in developing and building relationships with ad sales clients, internal departments and external partners.
  • Proven track record with larger agencies and brands in the UK
  • Experience in digital solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building initiatives, promotion and campaign management
  • Strong experience in selling partnerships and collaborations to both agencies and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to be effective in developing and building relationships with ad sales clients, internal departments and external partners.
  • Ability to work with the content and marketing teams on creativity, planning output and sales results.
