This role will report directly to the ACD and will be based in our London office. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing creative social first video ideas on Youtube!.
  • Ideation and Development of fresh visual video/illustration/animation/photography concepts to fulfil creative client briefs. Always keeping in mind Freeda’s trademark formats.
  • Create and produce dynamic video content for Freeda with a focus on Youtube.
  • Be able to pitch and visualise your ideas to the team and clients through moodboards etc. and train the creative team on best practice here.
  • Confidently work with the Production team to plan shoots.
  • Lead interviews within Freeda formats including appearing in branded and editorial content as an interviewee or talent
  • Attend shoots and provide art direction support (available for travel)
  • Working closely with the wider team to coordinate shoots, product, styling, and story direction
  • Partnering with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure there is synergy and collaboration on your work within Freeda
  • An understanding of engagement rate’s, follower growth, revenue and brand sentiment, as well as driving engagement and customer growth.
  • Supporting Freeda’s three main pillars throughout your work and be an ambassador for the brand: Female Achievement, Personal Style and Sisterhood
  • Appear in Freeda’s social first ‘staff’ content - our tool to give our community insight into who we are!
As the specialist you will have:
  • A new and fresh creative outlook with the ability to predict forthcoming moods, trends and themes - always thinking about our community and our partners
  • Lots of knowledge and experience of Youtube as a platform. You must have this experience already.
  • Previous experience of art direction and creative content ideation/development/production for social first content (video/stills/animation etc)
  • An understanding of the creative, digital, content and tech landscape
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast paced environment with energy and positivity
  • Ability to quickly establish effective relationships at all levels
  • Experience as a copywriter and scriptwriter
  • Project management skills to deliver multiple content projects at the same time
  • A background in graphic design or creative production helpful
