Senior Sales Partner – work with FranklinCovey!

Reporting into to our NSW Managing Client Partner, this exciting position will be a key sales person serving clients in Sydney and greater New South Wales, generating leads, developing opportunities and closing business using FranklinCovey products and services. This role requires a mature sales person who can work independently to develop and grow opportunities within targeted accounts, and hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Knowledge of FranklinCovey products and services as well as experience selling to HR and L&D functions are desirable, but not essential. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on FranklinCovey offerings including the All Access Pass (AAP), FranklinCovey’s flagship subscription product.

What you will do...

  • Work independently, but with other sales people in ANZ to build additional business in New South Wales
  • A lot of prospecting! While you will service all parts of the sales cycle, you will be building a new book of business and must be comfortable generating a lot of leads and holding business development meetings
  • Utilise the global FranklinCovey sales and marketing play as your guide
  • Call on mid to senior-level executives and HR leaders to generate training and consulting sales
  • Prescribe, design and implement strategic interventions using the full range of FranklinCovey products and services
  • Close business consistently within the FranklinCovey guidelines to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

 

What you will bring...

  • 5+ years track record of successful consultative sales experience
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit – with a willingness to run the FranklinCovey play
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills
  • Experience in corporate B2B is preferred
