Portfolio Founding Account Executive

At Fractal, we launch and support vertical SaaS startups that deliver specialized solutions across industries. Numerous Fractal startups are experiencing rapid growth and are actively hiring sales professionals, including Founding Account Executives. 

Role Overview: We’re looking for driven and results-oriented Founding Account Executives to join one of our post-seed vertical SaaS startups. You’ll be instrumental in building the sales function, from developing strategies to closing deals and scaling the company to their first $1M in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing new business. These roles will be predominantly focused on out-bounding as the primary pipeline generation channel. 
  • Process Development: Refine sales processes and best practices, building on V1 of a sales playbook.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key prospects, customers, and industry leaders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and founding team. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven sales track record, preferably in SaaS or startup environments.
  • Skills: Strong sales skills, ability to build relationships, and close deals.
  • Grit: Resilient and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with vertical SaaS solutions and their benefits.
