The finance controller at Fox Robotics will provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. Their attention to detail, organization and accounting experience will contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Update accounts receivable and assist in issuing customer invoices
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements, monthly and yearly closings, and budget performance reports
  • Perform weekly and monthly financial reviews and report to senior team for actions that need to be taken
  • Register and maintain multi-state sales tax filings
  • Manage petty cash withdrawals and receipt tracking
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards (i.e. GAAP, FASB), rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of accounting experience
  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Experience in multi-state sales tax filing for a national vendor 
  • High level of organization and system enforcement 
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance preferred but not required.
