About The Position:

Foursquare is looking for an Account Manager, Data & Insights to support clients for Data and Insights Solutions throughout the entire sales cycle. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; who brings an energetic, fun, and creative approach to their work, while maintaining an organized, proactive, self-starter attitude. We are looking for someone who combines strategic-thinking, creativity and a hands-on approach to successfully provide data and insights to our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on their business needs, communicating how Foursquare’s solutions can address key business challenges and enable data-driven strategies

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Technical Services, Data Science and Product teams, managing expectations and deadlines across offices and departments

  • Support in pricing and approval, working directly with Product teams on custom asks and exceptions

  • Analyze Foursquare’s first party location data, crafting and delivering best-in-class insights reports for partners, in collaboration with the Data Science and Client Solutions team

  • Maintain client relationships post-sales, ensuring expectations are met on use cases and managing day to day questions with the client

  • Handle all legal agreements, Salesforce tracking and billing for Data & Insights deals 

  • Work with Technical Services lead to ensure delivery and health of visit data

  • Conduct any follow up analyses for Custom Insights reports 

  • Facilitate customer interviews for Product team to understand use cases and feature needs

  • Partner with Sales and Client Solutions teams to drive renewals and upsell

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years work experience in Client Services, Insights or Analytics at an ad agency, tech company, brand consultancy, strategic marketing agency, product design firm, or similar field

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree a plus)

  • Expertise in analytics, proficient in Excel (experience in SQL a plus)

  • A creative storyteller with the ability to distill complex concepts and large data sets into actionable insights with digestible takeaways 

  • Adept at creative problem-solving, prioritization and organization, with a commitment to detail

  • Strong writing, design, communication and public speaking skills

  • Avid and passionate Foursquare/Swarm user with an interest and desire to compete in our space
