The Senior Director of Strategic Alliances will play a leading role in developing a highly effective go-to-market strategy through strong partnerships and alliances. The ideal candidate is sales oriented, a problem solver, a relationship builder, and self-motivated, with superior communication and organization skills. You are an assertive, enthusiastic, creative self-starter who compels others to get on board. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics, along with SaaS-based software experience, are strongly desired.

What you will be doing:

  • Grow FourKites’ partnership ecosystem to drive additional revenue for FourKites and expand customer value through joint innovation
  • Act as a liaison between partners, sales, marketing, and product personnel while building an alliance strategy and output that will contribute significantly to the company’s growth
  • Activate and manage opportunity pipelines between FourKites and strategic partners and investors, such as FedEx, Zebra, Accenture, EY, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, etc.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to solve business challenges through the partner network and enhance the value of supply chain visibility
  • Lead partner enablement for SI & Consulting firms to ensure that our partners have the necessary product knowledge to co-sell and operationalize the FourKites platform
  • Generate partner initiatives to drive net-new revenue including new referral business, implementation programs to outsource services, and creating streams of revenue through partner sponsored events
  • Define and execute partner engagement plans such as product education, account mapping, and joint marketing messages
  • Manage the Partner Operations team to create systems and procedures to streamline the measurement and success of partnerships

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in software sales, business strategy, and/or partnerships
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain management and logistics
  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA
  • Display high levels of energy and drive, thrive under pressure with strong business acumen, have strong process orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management, organization, and presentation skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate and leverage deep supply chain industry knowledge
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
