About the role:
An Associate in Customer Success is responsible for supporting the overall customer relationship on assigned accounts through a dedicated focus on operational excellence. Your goal is to monitor and resolve operational issues to ensure the highest quality tracking for FourKites’ customers.
- Perform detailed analysis to identify and proactively correct data quality issues on shipment tracking
- Perform activities that enable shipment tracking in the FourKites platform
- Partner with customer success managers in achieving key goals and metrics for customers
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience working in operational roles.
- Distinctive problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent attention to detail , strong prioritization skills
- Demonstrate a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
- Fluent in English with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, seeks out challenges
- Past experience with customer success, sales or customer service is a plus
