Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives that support our internal teams and key business stakeholders. This position will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure all projects are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and delivered on time. 

 

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with a strong understanding of marketing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is focused on supporting internal marketing operations and stakeholder needs.

 

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination  

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional marketing projects, including content creation, brand campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.  
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and on-time delivery of results.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing teams and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration across departments.  
  • Owner of marketing project management tools.

 

Internal Marketing Support  

  • Partner with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to streamline workflows and support project execution.  
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars, tracking deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on key initiatives.  
  • Provide operational and administrative support for internal events, brand activations, and campaign-related activities.  

 

Process Improvement & Strategic Planning  

  • Collaborate with marketing leads to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and project quality.  
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions, helping to define project scopes, set priorities, and establish goals that align with broader business objectives.  
  • Support teams with ad-hoc project management needs, such as event planning, partnership activation, and campaign reporting.  

 

Communication & Reporting  

  • Provide regular project updates to marketing leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, roadblocks, and critical successes.  
  • Create documentation for project reviews, capturing lessons learned to inform future initiatives.  
  • Develop and distribute post-project performance reports, offering insights to optimize future strategies.  

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or a related role, preferably within a corporate or in-house setting.  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.  
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.  
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira) and an understanding of marketing processes.  
  • Experience supporting internal marketing functions or cross-functional marketing efforts.  
  • Background in digital marketing or familiarity with e-commerce and DTC (Direct to Consumer) environments.  
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
