We’re looking for a badass General Manager to scale a new vertical within our family of companies (Founder Shield, AlphaRoot, ReShield) focused in the Health and Benefits space.

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to the CEO of Shield Insure, the General Manager will drive efforts to build, scale and manage this vertical.
Other responsibilities include:
- Organizing, planning and executing daily sales routines
- Cultivating relationships with prospective clients
- Effectively managing pipelines to generate sales and make money
- Developing and sustaining a culture focused organization
- Growing and managing a team of amazing salespeople
- P&L responsibility
- Participating in #teambonding (trapeze lessons, finger painting, booze cruises and more!)
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or BD role
- Strong managerial skills
- High energy, proactive and results oriented
- Process driven and people focused
- Respectable taste in music and reality television
- Broker’s license is a plus!
