Salesforce Administrator:

Founder Shield is seeking an analytical and growth-oriented Salesforce Administrator to monitor company technology systems, operations, and initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to our VP of Salesforce Operations, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce environment. This individual will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders in order to fulfill all Salesforce-focused needs of the company.
Other responsibilities include:
- Handle all administrative functions including user management (e.g. new user setup/deactivation, profiles, permissions, public groups, resetting passwords)
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes (e.g. validation rules, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports)
- Act as an internal resource for Salesforce user issues and provide user training as needed
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate
- Document processes and create training resources and materials as needed
- Evaluate new software solutions to add to our robust technical stack
- Support senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Effectively and clearly communicating with clients and coworkers across various channels
- Implement effective controls and technological processes during periods of high growth within the company
About you:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Certified Administrator preferred or working towards it
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Lightning, & automation tools such as flow
- Understanding of Apex classes
- Ability to quickly master new technology
- Strong track record of identifying and improving process inefficiencies
- Experience evaluating and implementing new technology tools for the team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
