Account Executive (Customer Success)

Founder Shield is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Account Executive to drive client satisfaction and retention. More than just a Sales Rep, the Account Executive will act as a risk management growth partner for renewing Founder Shield clients. Are you self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic? What you’ll be doing:

Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, the Account Executive will be responsible for supporting and retaining Founder Shield clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as the liaison between current clients and the Founder Shield team
  • Proactively tending to the needs of clients via email correspondences, newsletters, blog posts, face-to-face meetings and phone calls, etc.
  • Consulting clients on the right insurance coverage as they grow and scale their companies
  • Optimizing the customer lifecycle by: mapping the customer journey, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, developing best practices, etc.
  • Serving as a client advocate in driving Founder Shield products and services

About you:

  • 3+ years of commercial insurance experience
  • Loves customer service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, empathetic, excited for new challenges
  • Bonus points for experience in Management Liability/Professional Lines
