What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Founder Shield, the Account Executive will be responsible for supporting and retaining Founder Shield clients.
- Acting as the liaison between current clients and the Founder Shield team
- Proactively tending to the needs of clients via e-mail correspondences, newsletters, blog posts, face-to-face meetings, etc.
- Consulting with clients to purchase the right insurance coverage as they grow and scale their companies
- Defining and optimizing the customer lifecycle, which includes: mapping the customer journey, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, developing best practices, etc.
- Providing overall guidance and support for Founder Shield clients
- Serving as a client advocate in driving Founder Shield products and services
- 2+ years of insurance experience
- Love of customer service
- Interest in insurance and startups
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, analytical, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
