The Opportunity

The Brand Marketing + Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Found's narrative and driving growth across both B2C and B2B channels. This strategic position combines organic social media excellence with comprehensive communications responsibilities, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.

What You'll Do

Brand Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop and execute comprehensive organic social media strategies across platforms to drive community engagement and brand visibility
  • Create compelling, platform-specific content that builds Found's brand presence and drives meaningful engagement
  • Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and best practices to keep Found's online presence fresh and relevant
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials and touchpoints
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives through LinkedIn strategy

Communications & Public Relations

  • Drive Found's communications strategy across thought leadership, speaking opportunities, awards, and media relations
  • Serve as primary liaison with PR agency partners, managing day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives
  • Create and maintain press materials, including releases, media kits, and executive briefing documents
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key media outlets and journalists to maximize coverage
  • Write and edit various content pieces, including blog posts, press releases, and executive communications to support marketing and communications efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and news to identify PR opportunities and potential risks
  • Track and report on key communications metrics, including media coverage, speaking engagements, and earned recognition

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner with Product, Clinical, B2B, Creative, People, and executive teams to support integrated marketing and communications initiatives
  • Help evolve company messaging with key stakeholder involvement as the corporate narrative and industry landscape evolve
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting of all marketing and communications metrics
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing and PR, with healthcare/wellness experience preferred
  • Proven track record developing and executing organic social media strategies for high-growth healthcare and/or consumer brands
  • Strong ability to secure media coverage through existing relationships
  • Deep understanding of social media best practices and emerging platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in writing for different audiences and formats
  • Strategic mindset combined with excellent project management and execution abilities
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Natural relationship builder who can collaborate effectively across teams
  • Genuine passion for healthcare innovation and Found's mission
