The Brand Marketing Manager will be a high-impact role primarily on the DTC side of Found, while also contributing to B2B efforts. This person is responsible for managing our ambassador program, overseeing organic social media, building and managing creative campaigns, and supporting the organic growth of the company. This role will be instrumental in scaling our marketing initiatives, fostering deep relationships within our community, and driving engagement across various platforms. The Brand Marketing Manager will report directly to our Director of Marketing and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand-driven campaigns.

  • Ambassador Program Management
    • Oversee and scale the Ambassador program, working closely with stakeholders and ambassadors to optimize their business impact and program engagement.
    • Develop and execute strategies to attract, onboard, and nurture ambassadors, ensuring a continuous pipeline of enthusiastic and effective community promoters.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, providing support and guidance to maximize their contributions.
  • Organic Social Media Management
    • Develop and implement organic social media strategies to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
    • Identify and leverage trending topics and social media best practices to keep the brand's online presence fresh and relevant
    • Create visually engaging content (e.g., videos, infographics, images) that effectively communicates the brand message and story
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Creative Campaign Management
    • Lead the creation and execution of creative marketing campaigns, working with internal teams to produce engaging content that resonates with our community.
    • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other creatives to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
  • B2B Marketing Support
    • Collaborate with B2B marketing lead to create and manage organic social strategies for LinkedIn geared towards employers.
    • Create and manage content focused on member stories that can be used for B2B and B2B2C motions.

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, creative marketing, or social media strategy for consumer brands and products
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling an ambassador program, or similar initiative
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen sense of brand voice and tone.
  • Experience working in the health  wellness spaces and a passion for Found’s mission
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse community members
