We are looking for a motivated Product Marketer to join our growing team. With at least 2 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, ideally within the tech or marketing attribution sector, you will contribute to the development and execution of our product marketing strategies. Collaborating with our product, sales, and marketing teams, you will help enhance product adoption, market presence, and business revenue.

What will the job involve?

  • Assist in the creation and execution of product marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Support the development of messaging and positioning for our products, emphasizing their benefits and unique features.
  • Participate in market research and competitive analysis to gather insights and identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Work with the product management team to ensure ongoing product-market fit and leverage market feedback to inform product development.
  • Help coordinate go-to-market plans, including launching new features and products.
  • Produce sales enablement materials and assist in training the sales team on product features and benefits.
  • Contribute to the measurement and analysis of product marketing activities, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance our product visibility and adoption.
  • Own and manage the Product Marketing calendar, working with the wider marketing team to properly plan customer touchpoints. Responsible for the creation of product release emails, newsletters, and other product marketing events and activities

Who are you?

  • Basic understanding of marketing attribution models and the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and engagingly.
  • Ability to contribute to creative marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset, with a capacity to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Effective project management skills, able to contribute to multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a knack for collaboration and working efficiently across different departments.

Interview process

  1. 30 min Pre-Screen call with our Chief Product Officer to give us an opportunity to tell you more about the role and to learn more about your experience
  2. A 48hr Task to complete at home: This will be role specific and depend on the team and function of the job you are applying to and will help us to understand your approach to work and solving problems
  3. 1hr Competency Interview with our Chief Product Officer and another Fospha leader split into 2 parts:
    1. 30 minutes of presenting the task you have prepared and answering questions on this
    2. 30 minutes of competency and scenario-based questions to understand more about your skills and experience and to see how you would respond in different scenarios
  4. Two 15-minute Team Chats to see how you fit in with the rest of the Fospha team
  5. 30 minute Interview with our CEO to ensure our values match with your own
