Forward Networks is seeking a Sales focused Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join an amazing team responsible for hiring best-in-class talent. This is a contract position to start, with the opportunity to convert to full time regular employment if desired.
Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans in order to meet staffing needs
Build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on the opportunities at Forward Networks
Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Linkedin, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with hiring managers.
BA/BS Degree and 3+ years of sourcing experience
Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles
Experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
Experience sourcing for enterprise, software, networking, and other sales skill sets
Ability to dive into the details with meticulous organization and prioritization skills
