Forum One is actively seeking a talented Chief Growth Officer to spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue streams. The role oversees various revenue-generating functions, including sales pricing strategies, marketing endeavors, and client support activities. Additionally, the Chief Growth Officer will play a pivotal role in devising and executing the account strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment of team members towards shared objectives. 

This strategic leadership position involves close collaboration with the CEO and other key executive team members to drive organizational growth and success. The CGO helps ensure that Forum One is positioned for the present and future changes needed to thrive in a rapidly changing marketplace.

What you will do:

  • Recruit, onboard, manage, and develop elite sales and account management professionals.
  • Articulate Forum One's value proposition persuasively and coach your team to excellence through your own example. 
  • Actively evaluate and enhance the tools and processes needed for your team's success, including sales procedures, playbooks, strategic account plans, stakeholder mapping, monitoring strategies, and Quarterly Business Review tactics. Effectively manage training and adherence across the team.
  •  Manage in a highly data-driven manner. Thoroughly understand key metrics and help them excel by understanding performance. 
  • Own the company's sales targets through a mix of new business, customer retention, and expansion efforts.
  • Build and manage an effective Revenue Operations function and develop and oversee the budget for growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a compelling presence when co-visiting prospects and customers; insightfully determine when to observe vs. lead meetings and actively assist in closing business as needed. 
  • Oversee and ensure the preparation of high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring that they are tailored, competitive, and aligned with the needs of both current and potential clients.
  •  Identify, analyze, and act upon emerging market trends to position Forum One as a front-runner in securing new projects and contacts. 
  • Actively test new ideas and measure impact; adopt what works and change what does not.



Skills and Qualifications for Success:

  • 10+ years of direct B2B Enterprise and Government consulting services  sales experience (digital agency experience preferred)
  • 5+ years of leading sales and account management teams, consistently exceeding sales targets both personally and as a sales  leader
  • Proven ability to hire and develop top sales and account management talent
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing sales representative and account management performance through hands-on coaching and management through hands-on coaching and management
  • Proficiency in various sales methodologies
  • Proven aptitude for managing pipelines, forecasting, territory planning, daily/weekly check-ins, and sales KPIs
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships internally and externally
