We are looking for a proactive and strategic Project Manager to improve operational efficiency of our campaigns. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedules and production workstreams primarily for our subscription business. This role will be at the core of our campaigns, ensuring all the moving parts come together for efficient and smooth execution of marketing initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project management expertise and a strong understanding of subscription-based marketing or consumer marketing. You will manage cross functional processes from planning to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. 

About the team   

Reporting to Director of Marketing Operations, this role will be a key contributor in supporting the Consumer Marketing team in our efforts to grow, capture, and sustain consumer demand for the brand, our products, and franchises. We strive to create seamless brand experiences and put our audiences first while reflecting the strength and spirit of our brand in our day to day activities. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to establish clear objectives, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout every phase of the project. 
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution. Keep projects on track by proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks and delays. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving processes and ways of working to elevate the quality of workstreams across marketing projects. 
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to prioritize and execute strategic projects to enhance the experience of our subscribers. 
  • Manage A/B testing and optimization roadmap, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accelerating the test-and-learn process. 
  • Maintain an organized information architecture across the projects, campaigns, naming conventions, etc. to ensure proper performance tracking. 


  • 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager or related role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals and best practices, with expertise in using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Basecamp. 
  • Familiarity with subscription marketing is a plus 
  • A strong communicator with the ability to proactively inform on statuses, roadblocks, and meetings as required. 

Total Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000
